After listening to the original track I immediately felt a special connection, so I asked Subheim to make my version of it.

All the sounds in the composition are made by reworking and processing the vocals, bass and synths from the original track. I then used the original synths and vocals, over my synthesizers, reverb and delays.

Many thanks to Subheim for his Music and for allowing me to make my version of this beauty!

Northcape is a British producer making chilled and melodic electronica with elements of IDM, ambient and other genres. Albums have been released through US independent label Sun Sea Sky Productions including 2010s "Captured From Static" and 2013s "Exploration and Ascent", the latest EP "Glasshouse" was out in 2014.  The music is made in a very intuitive way, inspired by landscape, nature and memory. Northcape has evolved a distinct and recognisable style which may appeal to fans of acts such as Boards of Canada and Ulrich Schnauss.
