The Nutty Putty Cave disaster is one of the most infamous caving incidents in recorded human history. Not only the horror's of what John Edward had to endure but the never ending cascade of meme's surrounding his peculiar demise.

I think all of us can relate to John however, whether we choose to venture head first into a fissure or not. Life sometimes feels like we are squeezing our way through a cave with immense urgency and determination to free ourselves of our situation, often leading to our demise, but easily remedied by remaining present and mindful of our actions. 

Take a moment to calm your mind and re-enter the present so you can make a decision true to yourself.
