エレクトロニカ、アンビエントシーンのみならず、ロック、ポップスシーンからも高い評価を得ており、フォークトロニカの新星として様々なフィールドから注目を集めているカキモトナオによるソロプロジェクト[.que]（キュー）。
通算6枚目となるアルバムはピアノをメインに制作されたアコースティック、アンビエント作品。 あらゆる場所で録音されたピアノ、アンビエンス、エレクトリックピアノが織り成す叙情的で美しい楽曲の数々。 時折聞かせる緻密に組み立てられたビートとリズムは心地よさをも感じさせ、繊細で淡い旋律はやがて夜へと溶けていく。
ゲストミュージシャンとしてギターにPaniyolo、フルートにyo suzuki (akisai)、ヴァイオリンにfumiko takeshita (no.9 orchestra)が参加。 マスタリングは、エンジニア・キーボーディストのSuguru Oba (no.9 orchestra)が手掛けています。 これまで[.que]と出会ってきた大切な音楽家を交え、美しい世界観を確立させている。
アートワークにもこだわり、instagramにて世界的にも高い評価を得るフォトグラファー国分真央の写真集付きの特殊パッケージ仕様。 デザインを尾花大輔が担当し、音楽からアートワーク、装丁に至るまで、磨きぬかれた一作である。

同時リリースのミニアルバム「Daylight」とは対照的で美しくも繊細な[.que]の世界観に浸ってほしい。

[.que]（キュー）

徳島県出身。幼少期よりギターを独学で学び2010年より[.que]として本格的に活動を開始。同年ピアノとDTMに触れ始める。
フォークトロニカの新星として活動初期より注目され『sigh』 (2012/embrace)、『calm down』(2012/introducing!)を立て続けに発表。
名門レーベルSCHOLEより発表された『drama』(2013/schole)は世界的にも 大きな賞賛を浴びた。
その後も『water's edge』(2014/schole)、『Brilliant Hopes』(2015/schole)を発表。
常に「今、鳴らしたい音」を表現し続けている。
近年ではインストゥルメンタル作品のみならず、作詞作曲編曲のすべてを 手掛け、枠に捕われない自身の音楽性を発揮している。 
作品のみならずTVCMや企業広告等の音楽も多く手掛け、その活動は多岐 に渡り様々なコラボレーションを行っている。 
エレクトロニカ、アンビエントシーンのみならずロック、ポップスシーン からも注目が集まる中、2016年10月「Nightfall」「Daylight」の二作を自主 レーベルembraceより同時リリース。
バンドルーツを感じさせる楽曲、パフォーマンスに魅了される人も多く、 さらなる活躍が期待される音楽家である。
