Something seems to be going on with these Not Bad releases.... could it really be that there is an American techno producer on every release ? For our 5th, and very special release, we welcome 3 Californians. Our first release with ONLY Americans... Android Cartel has been making a splash under both monikers. The Cartel slangs the sleazier chuggy stuff, while their alternate personalities under Dance Spirit, get really soulful and inter-dimensional on us. We are excited to present their 3 new stripped down grooves with an on-point remix from label veteran, Yooj. Showcasing his new and ultra sleek deep vibes, Yooj hits us with a powerful remix of the last track on the EP, Firefly. We are sure everyone on our promo list (which is quite exclusive) can find room for a few of these tracks in their DJ sets, podcasts, or charts ;)

This time we have Martínek, delivering a classy yet sleazy EP. Supporting this fine release on remix duties is none other than the almighty Tripmastaz. Recognized as a house gangster by DJ Sneak and constantly putting out huge dancefloor tracks on labels like M_nus , Tripmastaz definitely didn't let us down. If your style is laid back and laced with chunky grooves, we don't know what you are smoking if this whole package doesn't sit tight with you. Not Bad ;)

Bent on creating something outlandish for his first release on Not Bad, Andrew Wickes set aside a month that ended in 'vember' and dedicated it to experimentation in dub styles of music. The outcome was a small catalog of funky house, dark techno, and rootsy dub reggae. Showcased in Dubvember are 3 dance oriented cuts from these sessions in a small Berlin studio. Nikola Gala spun the wheel of experimentation on remix duty and prepped a dry, yet effective techno tool. As the track hurls along in proper techno form, Nikola's ever reliant groove takes shape. Not Bad Music's 7th release is in honor of Jake Foerster - "Fievel Dubs West"
