My first song entirely done with Torso S4 sculpturing sampler. Live manipulation and channel switching/muting.
The samples are captured from a single collection from the 1950ies an 60ies, donated to me by Lars Hellström, thanks Lars.

My vision is to democratize electronic music. Many electronic instruments have the ability to be programmed harmonically and rhythmically that it gets easy for everybody to improvise without technical or instrumental knowledge.

Kaga no Chiyo-jo (1703–1775) was a haiku poet discovered by Kagami Shiko at a very young age. She became a Buddhist nun at 52 and wrote around 1,900 haiku in her lifetime. A highlight of her poetry career was presenting haiku to a Korean delegation in 1763, one of the first cultural exchanges of this kind.

a project created in december 2020 found from the archive 

Procedure:
A MIDI sequence was created with Elektron Octatrack,
which drives a piano track in Ableton.
The sequence was then broken down into four melodic lines.
The first line were transposed by +7 semintones
the second by +11 semitones
the third -13 semitones
the fourth line remains in the same pitch
then the harmony was extracted from each melodic line.
For each track, the ghost plays its part and sings as it pleases.
Next, for the sake of musicality, each ghost decides which notes to play and which to omit from its part.
During the performance the Time increase and the ensemble takes place

Track text is spoken by sono-poet Ilaria Boffa from her book Beginnings and Other Tragedies. Translated it says "Time does not pass, we pass through time in stages or blocks and we become. Spatially and temporally scattered we have experiences in other places inaccessible to us here and at other times unavailable to us now."  Also spoken:  "Clouds are moving fast. They're shifting perspective. Carry me with you"
