Giuseppe Sciretti aka Nigh/T\mare is an Italian DJ & producer (born in March 1995) and based in Foggia (IT) his hometown and place of Birth, where since a very young age he starts exploring the world of music in all his ways.

His constant research for new sounds will soon bring him in the darkest rooms of Electronic Music.
Nigh/T\mare productions hide behind an Experiment that lay between Techno & Ambient, with a very deep concept made of music and nightmares.

His strong Dark hints created by the Synth and his post-industrial settings reveal a drone sound that turns into Music with a unique Signature.

In 2016 he becomes a resident Dj at the ISF Festival and for the upcoming Summer, he will be playing a one-night monthly set where the artist will present his concept and other guests will accompany him. In late Spring his first official release with an EP on DVNTT.

SHFTD Podcast #046 | Nigh/T\mare

German DJ Vladimir Ivkovic is resident at Dusseldorf’s Salon des Amateurs, and he has truly made the place his own over the last 12 years. Quite what to expect from him on any given night is anyone’s guess: he can do folk and experimental, sludgy techno or abrasive noise that is always original and arresting in equal measure. The Belgrade born artist also runs Offen Music and manages Loco Dice’s Desolat, and this year will close down our Selector’s stage, something we're truly looking forward to.

And it is that fact which informs the 80 minute podcast he has done for us here. Designed for soul soothing and post party contemplation, it is a meditative mix with basically no drums. Instead it is about suspensory ambient sounds, worldly lullabies and blissed out Balearic moments that encourage you to lay back and stare into the sky. As beautiful as it is beguiling, it is a mix that has us very excited for what is to come and proves what a singular talent this man is.

With several releases on high-established labels with of obviously Advanced (Black) not missing from the list, Unconscious keeps maddening the crowds through his cutting-edge productions and powerful dj sets. We are happy to host him on our 71st Advanced (Black) radio show episode, where he features his latest EP on our label ''Codex Gigas''.

Keepsakes, the moniker of British-born, New Zealand-residing producer and DJ James Barrett, has been going from strength to strength in the murky world of techno in the past few years. With EPs pressed to wax on Ansome and Ossian’s South London Analogue Material and Germany’s Mindcut, and 2 European tours under his belt in just the past 12 months, Keepsakes has been working hard to bring his unique and gritty sound from the shores of the South Pacific to the spangled masses in Europe.

This mix is made up of much of the music he played on his last EU tour in February 2017, and a bunch of new tracks from the friends he has made on tour!

ORAMICS: FOQL 'bizzare special' was recorded at the party 'za duszno' in Poznań, during FOQL's live performance. The live act was composed specially for the occasion and the material itself is extraordinary and differs itself from her previous works.

FOQL is a stage name of Justyna Banaszczyk. In her music she combines techno with a post-punk atmosphere, minimal wave sounds and industrial. She hates the word "producer" which she regards as dehumanized and technocratic. 
She collaborates with Pointless Geometry, Enfant Terrible/Gooiland Elektro, New York Haunted and other labels. In 2017 she is going to deliver a lot of goodness on tape and vinyl. She had a pleasure to play on a few cool festivals like Unsound and Tauron Nowa Muzyka and also on some uncool.

Through Oramics we're aiming to empower women in the electronic music scene. Our mission is to support girls who spin records and those who perform live, as well as to create a friendly scene for ladies and other underrepresented, struggling communities in Poland and Europe-wide. Oramics is also an expansion and continuation of Behind The Stage crew’s project - BTS Female Edition.

Parisian based DJ and producer and resident of Blocaus in Paris, Anetha has quickly become a prominent figure in the Paris underground music scene. 

Oscillating between acid lines, melancholic melodies, hypnotic patterns and strong grooves, Anetha also likes to mix her sets with a sprinkling of 90’s tracks offering a deep and pulsating journey. 

Production wise, Anetha made her debut on November 2015 with an excellent EP on Spencer Parker’s imprint Work Them Records. Also, released on June 2016 a track called Tomorrow’s DNA on Reclaim Your City on the Paris – Berlin 2.0 EP alongside Francois X, I/Y and Abayomi. 

In October 2016, Anetha and the Blocaus crew presented their new imprint ‘Blocaus Series.’

Recently Anetha signed her first track to Clone Records’ affiliated imprint Anagram "Acid Train" alongside Sinfol, Elad Magdasi and Dävide.

Based in Paris and raised in Nantes, Timothée Rousse (aka ABSL) is an emerging artist of the Parisian techno scene. ABSL’s productions are focused on experimental sound design and noise to create powerful and heavy hitting techno. His music combines a deep-rooted foundation of techno underlined by stirring basslines and rhythms, glitch moments, and hypnotic background atmospheres.
After a few appearances at some local clubs and underground parties, he had decided to turn his attention towards the production. In 2016, he caught the attention of Ansome and Ossian, and released his first EP on the excellent South London Analogue Material. He also did his first remix for I Hate Models alongside Martyn Hare and Ingen which is released on T/W/B. More solo and collaboration releases coming soon.

With spring just breaking through, we opted for our next Techno Minded Hero with a sound a little bit less dark, but full of energy and groove. This Budapest-born artist has been performing all over the globe the last few years in Switzerland, Hungary, The Netherlands, Lithuania, United Kingdom, Italy, India, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Taiwan, Malta, Bulgaria, Russia.

In 2012 he founded Egothermia Recordings in order to complete the Egothermia platform as a supporting tool for young artists. The whole platform itself is Designed as unique integral researching platform for studio sound experimenting, stage performances and multimedia presentation of new sonic structures. The label philosophy is as simple as pure: helping young producers and DJs to release their music without depending on Major Label structures. Its whole purpose is to support the artists in spreading their creative output in the both music universes, analog and the digital one. With this vision, he has been releasing quality music from Alberto Ruiz, Dani Sbert, Kohra, Peppelino, Subjects.

And for the Drone Podcast he put a fresh set together with only his own productions which covers about 90% of unreleased material!

As a recognized producer he has been releasing tracks on Deeperfect, IAMT, Pornographic Recordings, Audio Elite, Black Swan, Phunk Traxx. We are very happy to have him on the DRONE Podcast No.073: Ruiz Sierra

Biography
Ruiz Sierra had an extensive 2015 - 16 international touring schedule, playing at clubs and underground techno gatherings in the UK, Costa Rica, Taiwan, India, Netherlands, Lithuania, Germany, Italy, Malta, France and Russia. Where he played with Stefano Noferini, Marco Bailey, Industrialyzer, Tom Hades, Alex Di Stefano, Andre Winter and many more. As a DJ, he plays a new style of tech-house with atmospheric sounds that combines together energetic Techno with elements of House. As a recognised producer - and label founder - he has released tracks on Deeperfect, IAMT, Pornographic Recordings, Audio Elite, Black Swan, Phunk Traxx and has been listed on the Beatport Top100 charts several times since he started off.

In 2013 he established Egothermia Records with a vision of releasing quality with Alberto Ruiz, Dani Sbert, Kohra, Peppelino, Subjects and many others.. He stands out with excellent support from Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola, Luciano, Sam Paganini, Maceo Plex, Cristian Valera, Stefano Noferini, Paco Osuna, Spartaque, Groovebox, D-Unity, Anthony Pappa, MiniCoolBoyz, Alex Mine, Matt Minimal, Gaga, NHB, Macromism and a community of recognized artists.
