Here is a mix made with a lot of love for Lily's dawn. 
I thought about all the lullabies i wanted to share with her when she will be there and also as an hymn of life in general, to give her, as soon as possible, a bit of the great beauty that is possible in our great aerian world. 
I've also thought about making that crazy yet fantastic moment of intimacy pain and oxytocin drunkness of love the most sublime and enjoyable possible with music that heal or at least make your mind positive.
I've try to not be too much into naïve cutesy, but hey, as we are talking of my little girl to come, i wanted some naive rainbow in our mind too..
I've made it with some (a bit dirty) vinyles of mine and i add few other digital track and finally some field recording of her big sister screams and toys...First sound is Lily's heart through the stethoscope tho.

We listened it as expected while Pauline's amazing work was happening and Lily is finally born around 1h15...

After the mix the playlist continued with some of my new tracks to welcome her with the compositions i made during her nine month liquid-waiting. I hope to advance on it to make you listen it not so far hopefully.

Globe-trotting ambient fusion supergroup Yayoba are set to release their debut album, 'A Maze of Glass' in May on @not-not-fun-1. "Transformation of the 3-Way Mirror" is a delicate slab of musique concrete adjacent ambience. Woodwinds, chiming percussion, field recordings, and electronic flourishes fill the vast spaces generated by the trio.

Plafond continues, taking center stage after the mother label BAKK ceded. Here, two long-time collaborators, Ekolali, originating from Sweden, and Tala Drum Corps, from the Netherlands, await their returns. The former reappears with a characteristic approach earlier heard on 'Doggerland'. The latter did multiple dance releases yet now debuts for this series, expanding on his stylistic spectrum. 

Despite shared tempo, the energies of the track are each of their own. Pulsating with energetic urgency, Ekolali, towards hypnotic movement, Tala Drum Corps. 'Totem Mollusca' shoots for the sun, like a budding landscape, yellow rays, waterdrops – kraut-inspired yet club-like without seeking a climax. 'tokyo subway' has a marimba-ridden, timeless feel – a clock-ticking, crude atmosphere, as a dream long passed, slowly ascending. 

Known for its two-sided, two-songs format, Plafond offers two artists or artist combinations the freeform room for exploration and elongation of their respective sound and practices. This is the eighth in the series.
