Today I share a powerful mantra, Sat Nam, with you. It is the mantra of Awareness and the most prevalent of all mantras used in Kundalini Yoga. Use this mantra at any time to anchor your thoughts and bring spaciousness in your mind so awareness can enter.

It is said that meditating upon Sat Nam you create an internal awareness of the vibration of truth.

I cried myself to sleep last night. at least Id like to say I cried myself to sleep. in actual fact I cried myself to exhaustion, big fat failure I am. 

and then as I spoke to you something emerged. 

I know something know that I didn't know before I spoke with you. 

that's powerful. 

a different lens can make a wildly different nuance. 

tune in and listen to the answers speaking themselves. not fixed but no longer a fixed lens either. 

lens flexibility is acquired over time practicing to adjust again and again. 

gotta go to work now.

www.onewomanrevolution.tv Olga Aura was on the Olympic Reserve gymastics team tour in the US when she didn't get back on the bus to the Ukraine and thus defected to the US, aged 14.

Her story starts before they even left for the US when the Mafia connection, Boots, was shot and therefore not able to fund the trip...but she made it here. 

Whilst life in America certainly was more convenient and shinier (on the outside at least) compared with the lines and lack in the Ukraine but it was by no means a piece of cake, even a life made in America has its thorns...

But throughout her myriad challenges Olga never gave up believing in herself.

Today she continues to face life head on and now she has her husband Vladi by her side-she tells her wonderful of finding love after myriad twists and turns, including working in a strip club...Olga has stories and is a vivid storyteller, grab a drink, kick back and listen to her tales, you never know where they might take you.

Who makes the rules anyway? A conversation inside this mind of mine

One Woman Revolution, An Otherwise Usual Story, is a collection of recordings direct from my journals. Unedited and raw. Many journals were burned in the fire but the very first one, started on 17 April 1999, survived, so I am here to tell its tale. 

I am excited (and a bit scared) to take you on this private tour of my mind. This book first came to me in my sleep sometime during this first book. I’m sure we will get to it, along with my surprise that I could possibly have anything in my life to write and share about.
