This is my take on Sega Mega Drive / Genesis game Road Rash's title song. The original is composed by Rob Hubbard. 

I really liked the game as a kid, played it over and over until the tunes stuck to my brain like a tattoo. Last week I finally decided to redo all the tunes in the game with real instruments, with fondness and care. 

The drum samples are from Propellerhead Reason sound bank, I will replace them with real drum track. Some work needs to be done on the guitars also, because I want 'em to be "note to note" perfect. This version has a crappy bass sound, I need to hit the studio and get some gear properly miked for this one. 

And as I mentioned before, I WILL DO ALL OF THE TRACKS.

Road Rash - Title music (work in progress)

This is my "releases and demos" -site. This is about all band and audio projects I'm working on and done with. My name is Teemu and I come from Finland (the crazy country of never-melting snow and reindeer-eating humans). My dearest love is music and sound in all ways possible. I love playing music with drums, guitar, mouth organ, synthesizer, drum machine, effects etc; I love recording audio and engineering sound systems. I am absolutely hooked on editing and remixing. 

My favourite music styles include ambient, folk, country, ethnic, electronica, IDM, hardcore punk and 90's dance (and all possible combinations of these) and I don't discriminate. If I dig a song, then I dig it, be it noise-grind-girlie-pop or rainbow-trance-blackmetal-detroit-ska or anything. 

My current tools are a PC DAW featuring some nice software, cassette decks and a portable digital recorder. My main instruments are electric guitar, synthesizer and drums,  but (as stated before) I play a bunch of other instruments too.
