We're super happy to have our friend Teddy on board for the third mix in our Sounds Nice series. We first heard Ted play at Dusty Flyers Club last summer. He impressed us so much that we asked him to contribute to our series as soon as he finished his set! 

The end result did not disappoint, it's a lovely journey through downtempo, breakbeat and into some creamy house. His dedication to digging is highly evident in this mix and he's firmly on our list as someone to watch out for in the years to come. We hope you enjoy!

We’re excited to launch the latest Sounds Nice mix, this time coming from Albion Street Music.

We had the pleasure of hosting Flavio to stay with us at NBN HQ in London last year, and it quickly became clear that he’s not only a serious digger, but also one of the loveliest people about. So it felt only right to invite him to put together a mix for us.

Next up in the Sounds Nice series we welcome Pistaccio, the Aus-based artist whose music first caught our ear with a lovely release on Magic Carpet not too long ago.

Since then, Oren has been continuing to deliver some very classy records including his latest on Perspective, well worth checking out if you haven’t already. His contribution to our podcast series delivers exactly what he does best, an hour of lovely cruisy deep house, the perfect soundtrack to the tail end of summer.

Next up in the Sounds Nice series is a beautiful mix from our friends, Mooch.

We first met Louis (one half of Mooch) at his house in Dalston a few years ago when we were introduced via our housemate, Tom. I (Charley) actually had my feet firmly up on the sofa, ready for a quiet Friday night in, when Tom convinced me to pack a bag of tunes and head over to his friends for the night. We instantly hit it off, and the records were flowing. Next thing we knew, it was 6 am and we had been locked in on the tunes all night.

Since then, we've shared many dance floors with Jack and Louis, and it only felt natural  to welcome them onto the series.

Now that December is here and the colder months are fully upon us, we thought it would be nice to release a reminder of Summer: an hour of deep house goodness from two of the loveliest fellas.

Nothing But Nice Records, based between London and Berlin, is a label founded by long-standing friends, James Andrew and Charley. The label comes as an extension of their friendship, channelling their favourite sounds of years late, drawings inspiration from breaks, electro, garage, and tech house to release music with a fresh and playful edge.

The label’s first venture comes in the form of James Andrew’s ‘Thinking Backwards EP’, a four-track genre-spanning release. Rolling basslines, crisp highs, floaty synths, and acid leads define the records sound, creating four spacey dancefloor ready tracks.
