... well, it's something. I'm not sure what to say about it.
This appears to be some kind of salesman, with eerie dialogue to boot...
File names are encrypted in 1337speak, which leads me to a theory...

This seems to just be some sort of crappy scrapped internet puzzle of sorts.
I'll keep looking, though.

Apologies for the week long hiatus, I went on a trip to NYC with my family.
... I had fun. Lots of good food there, met some cool people too...
Enough about me, though...
I went diving into that old scrapped project again, and...!
I found what seems to be a battle song for that salesman. I've pieced a few details together...
His name is "Spamley," appearing in the second act. 
... Or so I'd assume, considering it's in a folder called "Exp2."

It seems to be his "shop" theme, confirming my suspicion.
Strangely though, it doesn't sound anything like you'd expect.
... It's just a garbage piano loop slapped together, repeating itself over and over.
Such a weird piece, it --what I assume is intentionally-- goes off-beat at times, too.
