This is my closing set from bloom on 08/07/23 after Memphis LK 3am - 4am.

This was easily my best/ most fun set to date. The joint was packed and it was pumpingggg all night. 

I ended up playing almost 2 hours on the night but I had this set planned so I didn’t upload the unplanned section.

**my recording came back absolutely stuffed so I had to run it back at home 💀 hopefully i replicated it somewhat accurately. Enjoy xoxo**

This is a mix I cooked up a couple months back for my good friend ryheem for his invites radio mix series which was aired on area 3000 radio on 13.06.2024. I extend my gratitude to ryheem and area 3000 for having me on, super cool feeling hearing your own mix on the radio!

Been sitting on this one for a hot minute so I’m super happy to have this one up on the cloud. Hope you all enjoy!

The inspiration I had for this mix -  I generally apply this to all of my mixes which is big on trying my best to captivate the listener and what I would want to hear in a club if I was in the punters shoes, wether it be creating tension during a transition, playing old school tracks people might not have heard before, different transition styles or jumping through multiple different genres. I definitely aim to make my mixes as interesting and fun as possible.

Some things im looking forward to - playing as many gigs as possible, getting plenty of hours into the studio and get some of my own tracks out there soon, hopefully make my way into the Melbourne/ Naarm scene, I got a slight taste for it when I opened at Reptile last year with my buddy Tyler so definitely keen to try get down to the big smoke and play/ network more.

For rudeboy, the journey kicked off over a decade ago when Chemical Energy by Will Sparks first hit his ears. The energy, the crowds, the clips, it all stuck. After jumping between borrowed decks and eventually grabbing his own setup in 2019, he’s been locked in ever since, steadily refining a sound that blends big-room momentum with raw underground grit.
