Vocals and synths aren't in key. While it may work for some songs, it doesn't work here

Vocals are completely off beat and out of tempo :(

Vocals out of tempo? Don't you mean the fact that the background tracks aren't synchronized? If so, then yes, I am aware of that, but changing their speed would make them sound really, really terrible. Honestly to my ears it sounds good, not everything needs to hold tight kick by kick to each other to be nice. I guess it's just my unpopular opinion, but hey, that's what music is all about! So glad about your feedback, means a ton. :)
