SHDW & Obscure Shape and their “Mutual Rytm" imprint celebrating a first year anniversary with an outstanding 3 vinyls pack as their tenth release to date and the second instalment of their "Federation of Rytm" compilation series.

Being the buzzing German producers most prestigious project to date, their musical philosophy of "modern old school techno", has been backed up by some of their favorite artists out there, from well-established to new upcoming producers, all contributing their music to take part in one of the most highlighted releases of the new year. WOMEN LIFE FREEDOM [DEES-WLF] is a special charity project curated by Deestricted & Aida Arko, including many Iranian artists, that will be released on the International Women's Day, the 8th of March. It has been created to collect money for WOMAN, LIFE, FREEDOM (link in bio) and most importantly to shed light on the current situation of Iran and raise awareness & support the Women in Iran from our scene!

“Woman, Life, Freedom” is a popular political Kurdish slogan and an association that supports global actions in solidarity with Iranian women.

The use of the slogan "Woman, Life, Freedom" in Iran goes back to the series of protests following the death of Mahsa Amini. The slogan was first chanted at her funeral in Saqqez and then was heard in the initial protests in Sanandaj.

Iran is facing the first ever women revolution in its history, started by the death of Mahsa Amini on September 16th 2022. Ever since then people in Iran have shown tremendous acts of bravery risking their lives on the streets, fighting their violent dictator regime, seeking basic human rights and freedom.

By now the regime has responded to the protesters with pure cruelty. Thousands have been arrested or killed, disappeared having critical medical conditions, brutally tortured in jails and sentenced to the death penalty without any court cases or support from the international organizations!
A nation of 8 million citizens & over 4000 years of history needs our international support right now.

This is the goal of this special release that would be supported from a charity event will happen in Berlin 7th of March at @about.blank.berlin with help of amazing local and a massive representation of Iranian all FLINTA djs.
All profits will be donated to the organization helping women in Iran with the ongoing revolution.

Lobster Theremin continue a string of euphoric, rave ready techno and trance cuts with a release from Germany’s Rove Ranger that’s hard, fast and effective. Straight off the back of his latest release on ravey UK imprint 10 Pills Mate, and his incredible track ‘Stutenlove’ on Lobster’s PLUR Compilation Volume 1. Rove Ranger is the dancefloor gift that keeps on giving. ‘

Opener ‘1998’ conjures up earlier release Rave Memories, with loopy, psychedelic, thundering 140+ techno, hurtling us from acid car ride into full flight across a sunset-burnt sky. Hefty percussive techno with an old skool sound, waves or rave drift over pacey heat and compelling kicks. Then we arrive at ‘101010’. 100% warehouse body music on this driving title track. Organic, clinking, clattering shell percussion clops over a dark, endless beat. True Berlin warehouse spirit channelled into the machine.

The uplifting ‘In My Mind’ is a proper chunky club pumper, blending lush vocals, squelchy bass lines and housier elements. The peak of euphoria and a nostalgic trip back to 90’s fusion dance music. Rounding out the EP on a eurorave tip, ‘Schaltkreis’ launches down a swirling, mesmerising wormhole. Pulling together urgent trance-synth stabs, racing pulse drumwork and crushed production taking us headlong into the abyss
