This is GDWAX001 the debut vinyl release from GLBDOM, featuring four sumptuous, vintage tinged house tracks.

Up first is So Fly by Saint Paul, a soul infused jam with heaps of uplifting vocal samples, organs and synths a plenty, not to mention a subtly jacking beat that steadily bumps the vibe along.

Next up is Keep Me Inside by Yann Polewka, taking things back with that classic house piano buzz. A pounding beat, an understated yet driven bass line, strings, pads and some ecstatic vocals all combine for a truly heavenly touch.

Manuold follows on with Beating Heart, a super catchy deep house number. Melancholic synth stabs and subtly employed vocal samples, luscious pads and that unmistakable house sax sound: Beating Heart is the perfect track for getting the crowd moving.

Finishing the release off are Marc Brauner & David Silver with Gioia, an energetic house tune with an initiable beat and an exquisite bouncing bass line. A soulful, uplifting vibe from start to finish, Gioia is the perfect end to this awesome debut vinyl release.

This is GDWAX002 Nostalgic Grooves, the second vinyl release from GLBDOM, a collection of six tracks from various artists, all sharing a distinct yet subtly old-school vibe: a short but super sweet excursion into the realms of retro-electronic styles reminiscent of the late 80s and early 90s. Jeff The Fool gets things started on side A with some gorgeous, vintage-tinged deep house, while Scruscru & BR Selecta and FRR FONK bring the smooth but decidedly bumpy UKG and breakbeat vibes respectively. Over on the B side, Evenn comes through with some tasty jackin’ house business, followed by HATT.D bringing some silky smooth soulful house sounds. French outfit Happiness Therapy continues its release schedule this September with a brand new EP from Glasgow-based Spanish artist @danbe_music. The four-tracker, aptly named Makes Me Happy, also features a collaboration with Portuguese talent @bernardomotapt

@y4collective head Dan Be is no stranger to the Happiness Therapy family. An accomplished producer, he first debuted on the label in 2021 via Happy House, Volume. 3, before appearing on the VA’s fourth edition later that year. Now, Makes Me Happy marks his first full-length feature on the imprint, continuing a highlight 2022 for the fast-emerging Spaniard.

'2 Far Gone' EP by SI-FI is a four-track release presenting a subtle blend of break beat, 2-step and garage rhythms all deftly interwoven with some seriously clever and sumptuous hooks and melodies.
Up first is Your 'Restless Eyes', a beautiful breakbeat tune featuring haunting vocals, gorgeous melody lines and bass sections harking back to the early days of jungle and drum & bass. Next is '2 Far Gone', an exquisite 2-step vocal infused number subtly laced with shimmering synth riffs and elegant, emotional pads. In at the third spot is 'Stop At Nothing', a melancholic 2-step tune which expertly blends numerous dance music tropes – organs, Reese bass, vocal stabs - into one seamless and poignant whole. Wrapping things up is 'Talk', a more garage tinged, urban style jam laced with piano motifs, sensitive vocal refrains and a super warm and fuzzy bassline.
