"Sunday Morning" is a positive uplifting track in rock / pop-rock style, featuring 7 different type of electric guitars, meshing up with synth pads, a fingered "noisy" bass and a "pure-rock-style" drum.
As for all our songs, this too was created based on the inspiration taken at a precise moment: a set of sensations and feelings, then developed into notes.
An artistic creative process, which lasted weeks, in which we are dedicated to grasping the details and the nuances that have thrilled us.

Amapola (Pretty Little Poppy) was first published in 1924, and was a #1 hit in 1941 for the Jimmy Dorsey orchestra with vocals by Helen O'Connell and Bob Eberly. Also recorded by Tito Schipa in the 1920's, Jan Peerce in the 1950's, then by Andrea Bocelli and Paul Potts. 

This cover is from the version Deanna Durbin sang in the film "First Love" - recorded February 28, 1940 - written by Joseph LaCalle and Albert Gamse.
This is a quite special, intimate reinterpretation with a solo piano, which destructure the temporal development of the phrases on many points, and presents an expressive dynamic, opposite to what we normally find in commercial music.

"The Kiss" is a song taken from the album "Si Ci Sono Anche'Io", published by the pianist composer Stephen Schlaks during his stay in Italy, the result of the artistic partnership with the master Vince Tempera and the melodic influences that Schlaks listened to on Italian radio stations of that period.
