There are few parties and events that you can tell are going to be special - Mira's Birthday Parties at Kater Blau are one of them. Each floor is curated with so much love and thought and the result is that you want to stay there the whole time and get lost in that special vibe. No wonder our raverhearts are looking forward to this event to get so much inspiration for our music and to meet old and new friends.

So here is the recording of our live set for Miras B-Day party, including lots of unreleased music we've been working on over the past few months. We hope you enjoy it!

I was so excited to do this for you <3 
So you could lay and sit around, some even danced, cuddle with your friends and talk about everything. This was the romance in my head :) Thank you for being there, i loved it soooo much!

Originally it was planned to play some tunes at the Garbicz pizzeria Sunday night. So I went there and after first improvising a sound system I started playing.. But because after some hours no DJ came as usual to replace - I just went on playing. And playing. And playing. So the sun went up again and while the pizza ovens were burning through, my iPhone djay App decks did so, too. There was rain, sun, happiness, sadness, a lot of flour and lovely people baking lovely pizza. And in between Jet von Düse playing one tune after another. ~270 tracks in total. Finally around 19hrs of the 21 were recorded - and here they are: Please excuse the slight distortion, some technical faults or bad transitions - I needed to crank up the volume on the shitty soundsystem and it is quite weird to mix on a phone for such a long time :P

Yel Jordan is a physician with an undeniable passion for electronic music. 

As NOVILON they started DJing on the Millenium night 1999 to 2000 and blasted off fast&furious for 2 years: Resident at Spider Galaxy and Aera, regular gigs at Rohstofflager, Supermarket, Rote Fabrik, Dachkantine, Letzigraben, Walcheturm, Blauer Saal, Kursaal, underground and squat parties, festivals like Fusion, Lethargy, Schatzalp and their own clubs Lego and Birchermüesli in Zurich.

Since 2022, NOVILON is back behind the decks! They play warm, deep and dirty beats from their heart. Techno and House variations of all kinds and all rhythms, always tuned in to location, crowd and moment. Groovy, driving, melodic, bassy and sometimes sassy.

End of 2024, Yel Jordan fulfilled a longlasting dream and started producing their own tracks.

As a queer feminist political activist Yel Jordan commits to enhance queer visibility, gender equality and the safety of FLINTA professionals in night life as well as a #freepalestine.

They live for mutual understanding, the celebration of togetherness, and a deep connection on the dancefloor. Their goal is to spark the light of genuine joy in the heart of every dancing queen. Intuition in action, grace in motion, pure love and always with a twinkling eye.
