Nov mulla ft Owk..Hometown Hero

It’s no surprise that Philadelphia hip-hop artist, Nov chose his name. The name "Nov" which is short for the word "Nova" came from the meaning "a star that suddenly becomes thousands of times brighter in intensity" and Nov is that star. 

Coming from West Philadelphia, PA. He always had an interest in music. Growing up his influences ranged from The LOX, Talib Kweli, Common, and Mos Def to Big Pun, Notorious B.I.G., 2Pac, Jay-Z, Eminem, etc.

 At 16 Nova knew he wanted to be a rap artist
 and he began his career by battle rapping with the name GOD because that’s what everyone would call him. He would rap at Spencer’s Barbershop every Friday night from age 16 to age 18. The customers got a kick out of it because he was the only one in the shop that was wearing a school uniform and winning battles.

Nov has opened up for major acts such as Bone Thugs N Harmony, Dom Kennedy, Curren$y, Machine Gun Kelly, Kid Ink, and many more.

Nova is currently managed by Team Absolute Managements.
