Mindfulness and Karma

This is one of the most simple, but also one of the most useful, mindfulness meditation exercises that you can do. It teaches you how to observe and to let go of thoughts and is great training for keeping your attention in the present moment. If you were to listen to and practice this 10 minute meditation once or twice a day, it would go along to helping you cultivate more mindfulness in your daily life.

Breath Awareness Meditation

This is a powerful inner body meditation. Practiced regularly this will help you develop a greater sense of what your body is telling you throughout the day, giving a much deeper insight to how you are and what's going on within.

Inner Body Awareness

In this meditation Adrian guides you in developing the ability to take a step back from your chattering mind in order to simply observe what it's doing. This helps us create a space where the mind can go quiet, where those ingrained patterns of thinking start to lose their power – an essential mindfulness tool that can help transform your experience.
