Images - This one is for the head nodders out there. With its lyrical hook matched with a slow build of breaks and warping sonics that swirl and slowly rise and fall over the whole track it is easy to get lost in all of its complexity. During all of those shifts one thing that stays constant is the depth of funk that is layered thoughout. 

Torn - Restraint is a word that comes to mind when describing this song. By stripping down the break and fills to its most pure form, it finds its own space with plenty of room to let the track breath and just exist. 

Way - If there were a soundtrack of what life would be like on a deep space tanker craft traveling to the farthest known depths  of the universe to deliver suplies to outposts on the edge of the galxy, this would be it. The way the crisp drums play off of the riverbed FX textures of the percussive fills and stretched mid-bass will have you signing up for the next mission to Galaxy SW-99.

Fedor first made his mark on the electronic world via a slew of quality dancefloor-oriented drum&bass tunes from 2006 onwards, released on some of the genres preeminent labels. But the last 10+ years has seen Nphonix switch focus away from drum&bass towards a more diverse, polyrhythmic electronic palette, as bass / beats / techno and house all started to colour newer work.
