 I wrote this song to my mom after my brother was wrongfully  incarcerated in 2020. It was like my Mom lost another child, following the Loss of my sister “Lakia” in 1996. It was the trigger I needed to finish the record. 

At the time of writing I just wanted to let my mom know in a language that I know the love I have for her. Little did I know how great the record would become. @MakinitMag calls it “The New Momma Anthem” similar to 2pacs “Dear Momma”
