We premiere ‘Lose My Mind’, the new collaboration from Micah Baxter and Bear Weigle on Issues. It lands as a tight, rolling underground cut shaped for peak-time terraces, built around firm percussion, booming low-end pressure and a confident groove that stays locked from the first bar.

‘Lose My Mind’ hits you with its focus straight away. The drums stay crisp. The rhythm never loosens. There is a grit in the percussion that gives the track attitude without tipping into chaos. The bassline moves with weight and purpose, giving DJs a steady foundation to build around. The vocal samples add shape and movement, sitting just above the groove in a way that keeps dancers locked in without distracting from the drive. It is a track made for those moments when the energy is high and the room needs something direct that still feels underground at its core.

Micah Baxter brings a strong sense of identity to the project. The Peterborough producer has built his profile through deep, groovy minimal cuts that stand out for their clarity. Bear Weigle adds his own flavour. The San Francisco-based artist has been shaping a profile built on nuance, groove and subtle motion. You sense restraint. You sense patience. He brings texture and light detail to Micah’s harder framework, giving the track its shape and swing.
