Closing set of what I have defined as "Mystical Bass" at Earthdance Mabon Equinox 2014 in the Heart of Dragon Land, Cambrian Mountains, Wales, UK. Following an epic Live performance by Brujo’s Bowl @brujosbowl, I was blessed to channel this mix under the luminous sun during the afternoon of the 21st September, the Autumn Equinox, the International Day of Peace, and also my Birthday =) A magical gathering aligned with Earthdance International and also with the ancient pagan rituals of Mabon.

Mystical Bass of the Awakening ~✿~ Earthdance Mabon Equinox (Wales, UK)

This is the ED I played @ Pyramid Yoga in Koh Pangan. It is the latest of a long series of ED I played every week on the Magic Island where, during the whole season, the energy that has gathered around these events has raised beyond everybody's expectations and imaginations!!
Since my very first time playing in Nov 2016 till now the crowd has multiplied exponentially and a lot of other Dance Events of any kind has been created on the island naturally forming an amazing vortex of energy!! 
Most of the time there has been incredibly talented live musicians playing alongside my sets and I feel sorry that their sounds could not be recorded!! I really feel grateful towards all of them for their amazing contribution and energy they added to the sets!!

SANDESH - ECSTATIC DANCE @ PYRAMID YOGA - KOH PANGAN 22/04/18

Night brings up different energies and here I've tried to build up a different journey, slightly more inward but with a taste of ecstatic vibe as well!!
Less people on the dance floor(but still enough to co- create enough energy)and semi darkness allowed more space for them to express themselves.
In the very beginning some breath work has been conducted, that explains the first 10 min of sound with no beat!
At last I forgot to end the recording and, after few minutes, you can still listen to the sound I played to bring people back to their bodies and ground themselves!!
I can't express in words the gratitude i feel to be able to share these magic moments with such amazing community around me at the moment!!

It's always such a pleasure to share these magic moments with all of YOU!!
I really enjoy so much this new wave of creativity and in expressing it I am widening so much my music world and taste!!
Thanks so much to all those super talented musicians that always appear and play with me, i really appreciate your amazing skills!!
Pity that the "very basic" equipment does not allow us to record their sound and make it difficult also for me to mix properly without monitors!!
What to say??.... MAGIC JUST HAPPENS on its own accord... all we can do is to prepare the ground for it to happens!!

The first 10 min are always designed at guiding the people to body, space and breath awareness, moving into the dance floor, making eye and body contact, explore different moves and sounds and preparing them for the upcoming journey!!

Here is another ONE!!!... This is a powerful set ...  Koh Pangan style!! Not much time to breathe!!... A Journey through many different styles that give you  space to express your emotions triggering your body to move in different ways!!... It's more a set to be interpreted as an actor on a theatre. Take it as your entire life condensed within 2 hours!!

Ecstatic Dance pioneer Kareem Raïhani is considered as the founder of the "European Ecstatic Dance Sound". Kareem has introduced Ecstatic Dance to most of the European Countries and alternative/conscious Festivals. Never before so many styles and genres were mixed in one set on the dance floor by dj's, until 10 years ago Kareem set the course. From ambient to techno, from classical to trap and from world to experimental, if it fits the flow there are no limitations. Enjoy!

A recording of an Ecstatic Journey I played some time ago in Koh Phangan - Thailand for the most wild and playful Ecstatic Tribe any Dj can dream of!!
After some time I started to play I was told I could go on for as much as I wished... so I just let go and lost myself into the Journey!!!
3 & half hours of PURE CRAZINESS  ... not alone though!! .... what a crowd!!!! ... ready to follow me on any level, so encouraging, so wild and playful!!.... I really would like to thank from my heart everybody that was there dancing, sweating, screaming, laughing, crying, whirling, hugging, kissing, flying and just letting go for embracing the Whole and becoming ONE!!
This is exactly Koh Phangan Ecstatic vibe!! ... come and dance with us!!

After first traveling in India in 2005 , Tikki Masala was inspired by the deep flavors of authentic Indian classical music. in he's productions he blends together sounds of Indian classical instruments like Sitar, Tabla, Santoor, Sarod, Flute, Tanpura, Harmonium and Vocals ... with beats, synthesizers, drums and percussion. Recordings made across India from Bhajans, Kirtans, Mantras, street musicians, fellow travelers, jam sessions, concerts, nature and temple sounds are mixed together with psychedelic hypnotic electronic sounds, rhythms and bass lines.

After some time the music evolved to world Beat, tribal, ethnic, Downtempo, Native Beat, fusion, dance music with influences from all over the world. He is playing a lot of he's creations at ecstatic dance events.

The interest in dance became more present, when he discovered Ecstatic dance and other forms of dance, and found that dancing was so beneficial for the personal, emotional, physical and spiritual development, opening up and discovering the freedom and authenticity. There was a call to start organizing, facilitating and play at ecstatic dance events in India at The Source Arambol, Thailand, Europe Russia. And share with others, what was for him such a beautiful exploration and growing in the being through movement and Dance.

The rāga saga is a series that acts as a cultural collectiva of our favourite artists from all over, Each raga is an array of melodic structures with musical motifs, considered in the Indian tradition to have the ability to "colour the mind" and affect the emotions of the audience and this journey (raga) comes from a saint of his own accord, Eyal Now aka @nowananda he's a master of deep meditative journeys and we are glad to have him with us today

Nowananda was inspired by growing up in a multi-cultural family, playing classical piano for 7 years, life-long dancing and music collecting, 20 years of traveling and an extensive study, practice, and teaching of yoga, tantra and body/energy work.

He weaves devotional, folk, tribal, organic and electronic music from around the world into dance journeys that invoke the mystic, the lover and the animal within us.
