Fresh from his appearance at Leeds' Headingley stadium for the Leeds 2023 Awakening Show, Ntantu kicks off  2023 with an updated version of his last release "Tomorrow". The song features the same choir members that performed with him on stage to over a 15k audience in January 2023. 

The song that was partly inspired by Ntantu's Mother and the book "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle has been given a lease of new life as the artist quoted "I always had in mind the idea to get a choir on this song when I wrote it in 2020 but didn't think it would be possible at the time due to the pandemic. The opportunity to work with a choir for the live gig at Headingley stadium allowed us to make this idea a reality, and i'm so excited for the people to hear it"

The first release from Ntantu in over a year see’s him go back to his Congolese roots with this Afro-Rap fusion record titled, “Pressure (Oh My Goodness)”.

The record is about trying to resist the temptation of peer pressure, as the chorus was motivated by a phrase his mother used to tell him as a boy when Ntantu was getting in with the wrong crowd. With production coming from longtime friend Thai Guy and co-production from Ntantu himself, it will be available for release on all major digital platforms on the 12th Feb 2021.

Hailing from Leeds, Ntantu is a UK Rap & RnB artist fusing his sound with African Diaspora inspired music.

This new single release is part of a larger narrative taken from his debut album, “NOW”, which is set for a 2021 release. The album features writing efforts from; Grammy Award winning producer Glen Scott, and features appearances from BBC Radio Bradford presenter Sanchez Payne, Huddersfield rapper Prince Omari and Leicester native Shanesa. Ntantu has also worked with the recently crowned UK Rap Game Champ Graft, and is motivated to help put Leeds on the map in the UK music scene.

Hailing from Leeds, Ntantu is a UK Rap & RnB artist fusing his sound with African inspired music.

In 2018 his record “Love & Leave You” gave Ntantu his first real introduction into the music industry with an introducing  playlist spot on BBC 1xtra. Recently he’s had success with his release “Pressure” that went viral on Tiktok racking over 1M views and counting, and over 485k streams on Spotify. The song was also supported by BBC Radio 1’s Jemma Bradley and Jeremiah Asiamah. 

He has opened up for the likes of Young T & Bugsey, Rudimental, Ms Banks, Becky Hill, Pongo, Wes Nelson, Lethal Bizzle, Wretch 32, and D Double E to name a few. 

Ntantu has graced some major stages over the past 3 years including support for acts at the Leeds’ O2 Academy and First Direct Arena. Followings his recent release success with the Tiktok viral song “Pressure (Oh My Goodness)” and his recent performances at Creamfields, The Great Escape and Nass Festival which went down a storm. 

Ntantu also lent his voice voice to and featured in the bid campaign that helped to bring Channel 4's new HQ to relocate in Leeds. Ntantu has also represented UK Homegrown artists on the red carpet at the 2017 MOBO Awards held at Leeds' First Direct Arena.

2023 has already seen Ntantu on stage at Leeds' Headingley Stadium in front of 15 thousand people for the Leeds 2023's Awakening event. This year Ntantu is set to  release a joint project with Nigerian Rising start Browny Pondis titled "2 Worlds 1 Voice”.
