We've reached no. 60. This time, it delves into far regions of deep and hypnotic sounds mixing with drum & bass rhythms. As soon as Jorge, aka Eafhm wrote us a message, we knew he was bound to appear on the podcast series. So, enjoy!

@eafhmlive is a multidisciplinary project created recently by the evolution of different artistic and exploratory stages.
Jorge Echaniz's, a man behind @secuencias_temporales, project has developed different facets, including a career as an interpreter and audio producer when experimenting with a wide variety of musical sequences. It seeks the integration of oscillating interpersonal ideas among the variety of solid conceptions. This project also defines the transformation of the artist that has developed under different aliases for many years.
Each interpretation is made to create an atmosphere based on sound art, generative art and Techno in its different variations.

The album Pipiltzintzintli is conceived within a concept around the notion of psychedelia in electronic music elaborated in conjunction with hardware and modular systems where the repetitive motifs are chosen for their organic and cerebral aspect with the intention of seeking to act physically on the listener thanks to the sounds as active principles, as psychotropic. 

The idea within this album is to maintain a Techno approach but more minimalist, with a reduced use of percussive and/or melodic elements. 

It seeks to access a deeper sonic dimension, the inner self, a mental image like an imaginary, unconscious landscape. 

According to the artist, here is also an acid dimension to the album, with references to a whole section of the history of repetitive electronic music: Warp's pre-2000 period with LFO and the distinctive sound of early Plastikman are especially present here. 

The opus is completed by the unique touch of producer friends @geinst & @inerit who reinvent a track of their choice in their own way.

To Jeju Island we look today as we’re happy to premiere Lindamann’s Pluriverse track off of the ever phenomenal Oslated imprint. The second in a series of compilations titled, Faithful Present, brings together a plethora of artists, both new and old to the label. Also noted, eagle-eyed followers will see a number of local producers which is always a bonus to support those working around you. Lindamann is one of these, as a Tokyo-based producer having prior releases on Lowless, Indefinite Pitch, Huinali and now joins the Oslated roster with Pluriverse.

Linadmann's creation is a captivating deep techno track that explores a slow groove, creating a mesmerizing sense of space and rhythm. At its core, the track features a deliberate, slow-paced beat that pulsates with a sense of anticipation. On top of which the use of shakers and epic synths give a hypnotic, off-kilter quality to the track's tempo.

Texture plays a crucial role in "Pluriverse," with layers of sound that ebb and flow, creating a sense of depth and complexity. As the track progresses, these textures morph and shift, providing an ever-changing sonic experience.

Pluriverse, and in turn the rest of the second Faithful Present compilation will be released on October 13th.

In "Hive Mind," Forest On Stasys skillfully orchestrates a convergence of two musical realms. The symbiotic relationship between dub chords and trippy halftime rhythms creates an irresistible after-hours ambiance, blurring the lines between genres and resulting in a murky yet groovy atmosphere that defines a unique electronic journey.

Intrepid Soul delivers another batch of genre-bending electronic explorations with this four-track EP for Ritualism's reputed label. Across downbeat atmospherics, hypnotic techno mutations and abstract experimentation, the Romanian-based artist traverses sonic terrain.

Leading off is "Night Prowlers", a creeping ambient soundscape shrouded in warped drones and subtle rhythmic pulses. Cinematic textures envelop the listener in a bleak nocturnal world. "Tribal Auditorium" ups the pace with thrilling polyrhythms and percussive loops that evolve into a mesmeric tribal-techno roller coaster.

Side B delves deeper into ambience with the ethereal ambient texture bath "Forlorn Peaks", transporting the mind to lofty heights amidst pads and glacial progressions. Closing the voyage is "Still Waters Run Deep", unsettling glitches and modular manipulations bubbling beneath shimmering melodic motifs.
