The abbreviation NTS stands for a joint project of three musicians with different backgrounds: contemporary art-music composer and keyboard player Michal Nejtek, jazz double-bass player Petr Tichý and rock drummer Štěpán Smetáček.

Nejtek Michal – piano, keyboards and samples

Born in Litoměřice, CZ, studed piano and composition on Conservatory in Teplice, later composition on HAMU in Prague. He perform his contenporary music intensively, also music for prague theatres Archa, Na zábradlí,… He plays or played in bands: Jazzbox, Four Roses, Why Not Patterns, Feng-Jün Song a Trio PUO, Věcičky, Agon Orchestra, Face Of The Bass, Limbo, David Koller Band etc.

Tichý Petr – doublebass, sound effects

Born in Jablonec nad Nisou, CZ, studed on Conservatory of Jaroslav Ježek in Prague, he plays on instrument of his own construction. He plays or played in bands: Vesny Caceres, Horke Eriky, Bran, Floex, Alvik, Seventy Sun, Feng-Jün Song a Trio PUO etc.

Smetáček Štěpán – drums, sound effects

Born in Afrika, studed Conservatory in Prague, he also compose music for his New Orchestra of Dreams He plays or played in bands: Arakain, Die El. Eleffant!?, Krausberry, Wanastovi vjecy, Druhá Tráva, Lenka Dusilová, Aneta Langerová, Airfare, ŽenTOUR etc.
