Notes to Self drop an All-Toronto remix to their Recoil banger, “Today.” The song, aptly called “Yesterday” features masterful writing from some of Toronto’s most respected: D-Sisive, Shad, Rich Kidd, and Roshin over a definitive Bronze instrumental.

Bronze, Roshin and Arowbe form BBRC, a permutation of Notes to Self.

Compounding the talents of rappers' rapper, Roshin, left-field songwriter, Arowbe, and creative director/rapper/producer, Bronze — BBRC is formed. Their sound meshes an early-Def Jam intensity, with smoothed out new jack swing, and a jiggy sensibility evocative of Hype Williams' wardrobe department into a vibe that mostly sounds like a bunch of guys having fun rhyming in a basement. BBRC’s brand new full-length debut, “The Peach Pit Sessions,” chronicles the thrills and pursuits of three loud-music loving, girl-chasing, car-wanting teenagers.
