NU ADDICTION BIOGRAPHY

NU Addiction were born in October 2009 under the “Matt Waterhouse Represents” stable (MWR). Nu Addiction is Simon Langford, established sound engineer & Producer, and Australian born London DJ Mark Bambach. 

Simon Langford is primarily known for his collaboration “The Soul Seekerz”. With over 250 remixes under their belt for high calibre artists such as Rihanna, Kelly Clarkson, Britney Spears, Girls Aloud, Sugababes, Dannii Minogue, Chicane, Ne –Yo, Debbie Harry, LeAnn Rimes, Robyn, Backstreet Boys, Westlife, Spice Girls, & Basement Jaxx, to name but a few. 
In addition, Simon’s collaborations have gained him two UK Top 20 singles. The first was the 2002 chart entry by Dreamcatcher, entitled “I Don’t Wanna Lose My Way” which peaked at number 14 in the national chart. Plus the 2005 number 11 national chart hit by Dannii Minogue & the Soul Seekerz with “Perfection”.
Simon has been a long-time Logic user, and will be sitting the Apple Certification exams for Logic 9 later this year.  Aside from production Simon has contributed 3 articles for “Sound on Sound” magazine and is currently in talks with Focal Press in the USA about writing a “remixing guide” book. 
Mark Bambach is Australian born international London DJ. Mark’s 8-year Saturday night residency at world-famous nightclub Heaven in London put him on the map so far as the London club scene was concerned. Mark has played alongside countless world-class DJs including: Danny Tenaglia The Sharp Boys, Alan Thompson, Smokin’ Jo, Joe T Vannelli, Sonique & Joey Negro. Mark has travelled the world spreading the gospel of house music at numerous clubs including, Coco Latte (Johannesburg and Cape Town), Trade  at numerous clubs including, Coco Latte (Johannesburg and Cape Town), Trade (London and Ibiza), Ministry of Sound (London), Café de Paris, The End, Brixton Academy, Home (London and Sydney), Segrata (Milan), Le Queen (Paris), El Divino (Ibiza), Space (Ibiza), Privilege (Ibiza) Amnesia (Milan), Folies Pigale (Paris) and The Midnight Shift (Sydney). 
Mark was the headline DJ at the launch party for the new W hotel in Seoul, South Korea where he played a 5-hour set to 2,500 people.

NYE 2004 Mark played alongside DJs Gomi (NYC) East Coast Boogiemen (San Francisco) and Swirl People (Belgium) at a massive party in association with MTV Asia held at the W hotel in Seoul, South Korea. Mark was also the resident DJ in May 2006, 2007 & 2008, for London's Exclusive member's Club CENTURY in Cannes France. For the annual event Cannes Film Festival, where Mark DJ'd to an array of A-list Celebrities.

Mark compiled and mixed "DIRTY HOUSE" Volumes 1 and 2 for Sony Music Worldwide in 1995-96.
In 1998 remixing partnership "BEATROUTE" & 2 PHAT LADIES”with DJ Slamma was born, which has resulted in a number of much-applauded house tracks, not least a series of collaborations with celebrated US dance floor diva KATHY BROWN. Beatroute also have Signings to ZTT, Logic & 3 releases on underground UK house label Sublime.
