I will properly announce that I will go to a *long* hiatus. Most likely lasting until **July**, given the finals are running in Summer of all seasons. And I really do not wanna fail those, 'cus those finals will basically test all my knowledge from the past 3 years in college, so...

Foreword from Vinpie: "thank you to everyone that has invested in MISFORTUNE in any way, shape, or form whether it be my original track, this rendition, or someone else's. MISFORTUNE was a fun little track i decided to make to honour TS!US when i was just 13, and though i'm a grown 19-year-old whose creative focus has since shifted drastically from UNDERTALE the game and my prime within the UTSC community will forever hold a special place in my mental museum of memories.

MISFORTUNE, almost like UNDERSWAP itself, has grown into something even bigger than my own creation, and for a long time i've considered it to be a song owned by the community rather than myself for just how much its sound has shifted throughout the years as you've all grown and become more sonically ambitious... it's beautiful to see, and though i've had no part of it, i'm happy to have been part of the stepping stones towards growing as artists for all of you who participated in making your own rendition of my song.

Hey fellas! I'm super excited to share this one with you. This track is all about Fazzy, my persona!

To give you a little background, Fazzy is a rogue adventurer with a mystery behind him. Imagine Puss in Boots but.. not a cat. He’s impulsive, witty but very kind at heart. I haven’t spent too long fleshing him out, but hopefully, this gives you a solid picture! (I know some people don’t like self-inserts, but personally, I think they’re neat.)

Musically, I wanted to add some jazzy melodies with a few callbacks to a song I made a while back called "Fazzylovania", one of my old tracks. Rather than something with a bunch of guitars I chose something more sound font and synth-based which in the end, came together quite nicely.
