BLACK is the divine acronym for Beats, Lyrics And Creative Kids. We are a Hip-hop/Rap music collective hailing from Daveyton in Ekurhuleni. Our history of making music together dates back to 2010 when our paths crossed supernaturally. Three members stand out, namely Dexter, Jerry and Skubi, each bringing different perspectives to one greater vision. 'Commercial with a common logic approach' is one of the few ways we describe our sound, often dabbling into and discovering other sub-genres. Our aim is to GROW; grow into a recognizable household name by bringing to the local music scene a fresh wave of creative energy that reaches all corners of the globe and is here to stay.
