Here, he makes his mark with UAP, a bold and forward-focused EP that dives deep into dark progressive house, techno and electronica. His productions are known for merging lush melodies with driving rhythms and subtle textures — traits that shine through on this release. Sky Civilian is a DJ and producer located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In 2019, she signed to Dutch label Atomnation, releasing debut EP Open Door and sophomore EP At the Seams. Her productions bridge many sonic worlds but always land with an air of softness and warmth.

Our 18th installment of the mix series is an ode to the slower, yet still just as groovy, tunes that often soundtracked the first few hours of our parties. Staying true to the Ferias sound, the mix bounces between house, disco, jazz and acid, with a few classic remixes thrown in that bring back those vivid opening hours memories. Ferias is surrounded by music-heads. We work in the industry, (used to) go dancing too often, spend Sunday mornings in record stores, and fill our messaging threads with the latest jams. Our extended circle shares the same incessant need for musical consumption as we do - It’s rare you’ll find silence around the Ferias duo, for better or worse.

We want to use the platform to display the musical genius of our crew, both on and off the decks, and are ecstatic to present the Ferias mix series in an effort to do just that. We discovered the talented artist, Jose Vizcaino through our friends at Seven Villas and Sound Avenue/Crossfade Sounds and have not stopped playing his music since! 

Bio "The Guatemalan producer based in San Francisco has been making tracks nonstop for 14 years. His sound is always evolving, he finds pleasure in making music that's different from what's "Trendy" and his style varies from deep-house to breaks to dub-house, and minimal. He has an ambient/electronic album and a vinyl release on seven villas as well. His track "vicious vision" was released in 2012 by the legendary Fabric London, 100 album compilation mixed by Craig Richards, Terry Francis, and Keith Reilly.

He has worked with many labels including: ubiyu/ seven villas/ fabric/ cervidae recordings/ manjumasi/ nightcolours recordings/ sneaky music/ crossfade sounds.

Combining melodies and the right grooves he manages to create something that's unique and hypnotic."

Numbred started exploring electronic music in the early 2000s. A pivotal moment in his career was being selected as one of the lucky few in a DJ competition organized by Free IA (Interactive Forum), which allowed him to perform within the legendary walls of Home. This experience laid the foundation for the coming years, enabling him to perform at numerous venues across Hungary.
In the 2010s, he became a regular part of the Hello Sundays show on Justmusic.Fm, and after the station closed, he continued with weekly guest appearances on Prime.Fm.
Over the years, his musical style evolved significantly. Initially, he was drawn to Progressive House, but the sound and influence of the All Day I Dream label, launched by Lee Burridge, made a profound impact on him. Today, he represents the world of Melodic and Organic House, while occasionally revisiting Progressive House in his sets.
Throughout his career, he has performed at iconic events and venues, including the Sziget Festival, and regularly plays at some of Budapest’s most popular spots, such as 360 Bar, Esetleg Bisztró, Akvárium Terasz, and Pavilon Bar. He is also a resident DJ for the S/ALON Budapest and Konyha exhibitions.
For the past three years, he has been part of the Balatonica Radio team, where his own show, When The Night Falls, airs on Saturday evenings, captivating listeners with its unique atmosphere.
