When a brand new @Outplay release lands in our digital mailbox we drop everything and get it straight on the LV office sound system. When it's by one of the label co-bosses @junktionmusic we know that we are in for a treat. We've been fans of his since way back before the current iteration of Le VIsiteur Online existed. Safe to say that he lived up to the office hype as we dropped the needle on this package.

Moving away from his traditional cool as you like house and deep house vibes he has delivered up a scorcher of a disco edged house EP in the shape of Tributes. Our premier today is the funky as hell 'I Got Somebody'. It's a groover for sure, with acid licks, subtle keys and some very classy vocal samples providing plenty of dancefloor verve. Smooth and delightful. I have been thinking about it a lot and I have decided that DUFFDISCO007 is the last bootleg I am going to press to wax. It's been fun and I hope you all enjoyed them but I think it's the right time to stop. (you can order the last in the series here - http://www.juno.co.uk/ppps/products/450211-01.htm)

I do however want to continue re-imagining songs and giving my interpretation of them for you to play and listen to and so i'll be giving the reworks away for free. I have set up a donations page if anyone wanted to help with covering the costs of mastering future tracks as i'd still want the best sound possible as I can't afford to be paying for it all myself.

So keep an eye out for new tracks! donate whatever you feel appropriate, of course you can still download if you can't afford to donate.
