His real name is Nurlan Kani, born on May 19th, 1986. Currently lives in Almaty city, Kazakhstan. He became interested in music during his childhood at the age of 7. He studied at kids’ music circle, where he learned to play dombyra (Kazakh national musical instrument). Later, under a teachers’ guidance, the kids’ ensemble was formed which performed in concerts. For the first time, Nurlan became interested in electronic music in the early 90s after he randomly watched the concert of Jean Michel Jarre. For a long time he was just a listener, and finally expressed his interest in DJing after Garage Sound System airing, with the participation of Russian DJs. He was a guest at radio stations like Pure.FM and FRISKY Radio. Since 2012 he is a resident on FRISKY radio with his Miraj show.
