As a fan of the occult and supernatural, I've always admired Mark Kovern's chilling original ​Horror score, crafted with unique instruments like the Apprehension Engine, hurdygurdy and nyckelharpa. Drawing inspiration from Sunn 0))) Black One, I've re-imagined THE VVITCH's transformative awakening playing heavy Drop A guitar riffs, eerie violin melodies, layering in evil witch cackles, and a whisper​ed Latin Invocation To Satan from Anton LaVey's Satanic Bible: 'Appear! Open the mysteries of your creation! Be friendly unto me, for I am the same! The true worshiper of the highest and ineffable King of Hell!'

The sound samples were provided by Ocean Networks Canada, the Scripps Institute of Oceanography, the JOIDES Resolution's audio library, and Erin Pettit. NURSE3D rips up the genre rule book embracing Hardcore, Drum & Bass and Industrial in intense, high-energy sets that brutally juxtapose darkness and light.

NURSE3D’s debut live performance took place at Berghain as part of CTM Festival. They have since become a go-to DJ across Europe playing at venues like Fold London, releasing a Boiler Room Hard Dance Mix, DJing on HÖR Berlin, and supporting Hard Techno artist I Hate Models as well as Hardcore pioneer Marc Acardipane.

They continually release Experimental Hardcore records on labels such as Speedcore Worldwide, and their own label TREMORS, which was featured on DAZED, FACT and HUNGER magazine.
