Description: Closing out the poolside at Friends and Family has been a dream of mine for many years. I am honored to share my love of dance music with the talented folks at FnF. These tracks are some of my current favorites this summer.

I had the opportunity of dance my ass off last Tuesday at the Ecstatic Dan e the East Bay Community Center in Oakland. She is pretty incredible.  The evening was so wonderful, except that my "stalker" decided to attend the event without dancing

Inspired to connect by the post-lockdown parties and a decidedly un-chill 2020 and 2021 Deckard is back with My Definition of Chill - After Party. After an all day Breakfast of Champions a group of us made the trek to a friend's house for a more intimate gathering. Walking through the doors, seeing friends still dressed up and glamorous, if not a little worse for wear, drinks being poured, glitter everywhere... not ready to a put a stop to it yet. Queue up the mix and hit play.

I had a phenomenal time at my first Love Burn in Miami last week and absolutely thrilled that the highlight of my week playing at 2 hour Bass House & Tech House set at The Freakeasy's Kitty Kat Island on Friday night was recorded!  What an amazing feeling to rock a packed dancefloor full of my Bay Area crew and new fans from far and wide under a giant geometric cat with freakin' laser beams shooting out of its mouth!  Hope you can feel the HEAT (both literally and figuratively) when listening to this mix. Thanks to Radiohiro for having me play and for building such an awesome production. I can't wait to go back next year! ❤️‍🔥🐱🏝

Angels Of bAss Happy Hour Live Stream

Nurse Noise specializes in cross-genre booty-shaking, bass-heavy, good-time feeling beats. She believes the attitude behind the decks is just as important as the music selection and mixing. With a background in performance arts, you might find her dancing on speakers to get the crowd going.

Nurse Noise is the co-founder of a unique live dance and DJ collaboration called the Venus Groove Collective. She is also a part of the Angles of bAss an all-female DJ collective. During the COVID pandemic, Lee-Anne has been coordinating online streaming events on Twitch for 2-day events with a crew-of-crews (seven different DJ collectives) called Unison. Unison creates celebrations with importance on generosity by raising money for chosen beneficiaries. Additionally, she contributes to the 3 Degrees and Friends 'n Family communities that actively throw campout festivals. 

Starting her DJ career in 1996 in college radio at KSCU and then KUSF, Nurse Noise had a prime-time radio show for seven years called "The Treatment Show". Gradually she worked her way onto the decks through her Burning Man camps: Magic Glasses, Coda, & Illuminaughty.
