Tea White returns to Stay True Sounds with ‘Earth Over Us’, his liquid take on the Afro genre 3 - step. Since his debut album ‘Between Plants’ landed on Stay True Sounds in 2023, Tea White’s rich electronic soundscapes have been heard across his native SA through releases on various tastemaker labels, then appearing on Stay True Sounds Vol. 6 with ‘Genji Orchids’ in 2024. This latest release, ‘Earth Over Us’ is the first single from his upcoming album project ‘4lternvte’, continuing to explore themes of nature through fully instrumental tracks that are distinctly Tea White in feel; ‘Earth Over Us takes the fresh genre of 3 - step and doses it in luscious synth patterns, terraforming the genre as we know it to give it a lake - side quality.
