Cicilia used to be the prettiest darkner in Asgore garden darkworld, but other's jealousy turned her life upside down when some envious folks sprayed her with acid, leaving her face disfigured and taking her sight. Now, her appearance is so frightening that people run away, thinking she's a monster. These days, she’s an old witch living in a murky swamp in the dark world, desperately searching for a way to regain her beauty through witchcraft. 
One day, she meets a man who hands her a shadow crystal. Since she’s blind, it doesn’t affect her sanity and bosoted her power, the man plants a wicked idea in her head.
Revenge. 
She decides to make those darkners who cast her away stare into the crystal, driving them to madness. She’ll become their plague for what they did to her.

In the game event, after getting lost in the thick fog of the swamp, the fungang stumbles upon her hut, where she pretends to be a sweet old lady offering hospitality. As they stay, things get weirder and more suspicious, and eventually, she captures Ralsei and Susie by transforming into them to trick them. Her plan is thwarted by Kris, who sees through her ruse and discovers her basement filled with darkners driven insane by the shadow crystal. After rescuing Ralsei and Susie, they confront her in a battle.
