In a world where our worth is questioned as people of African descent, we have to continue to push the importance of self love. We have to constantly remind ourselves how important we are, how talented we are, how beautiful we are. Despite our flaws, despite our history, despite our struggles, we are still amazing. Continue to push the boundaries, continue to fight for your freedoms and continue to teach the youth that love is most important internally and externally. 20/20 is a track that speaks on the importance of these topics and it is my favorite track to date because of the weight it carries with me. Growing up I did not appreciate my flaws, I didn't embrace who I was as a child of color, and to me it is important that each generation knows how beautiful they are and how great they can be. So I'm asking you to join me in spreading love and constantly teaching each other that we matter and that we are beautiful.
