For our 20th release, we are thrilled to celebrate the success of Skrimor. We have carefully hand-picked producers to remix some of his previous releases on the label.

First up, Mythic Image offers their take on the electrifying ‘Gas’, a track that has been shaking sound systems globally since its release. With heavy drums and piercing basslines, they expertly put their stamp on an already incredible tune, elevating it to new heights.

Next, we have the Spanish duo Dub Elements with their remix of ‘Blow’. Turning the track on its head, their powerful remix is a testament to their production expertise and compelling energy.

Third, Irish-born Anark and Axon Records label manager Hkay present their interpretation of ‘Mitrafly’. Taking the original deeper into the realms of tech, they deliver driving drums, rolling basslines, and lush melodies. As two members of the collective Retribution Audio, they have truly made the track their own.

For the fourth track, Ozma takes us on a journey with his reimagining of ‘Last Wish’. Earth-shaking drums and potent basslines define this piece. Pushing the release to its limits, he expertly captures the raw energy of the original and channels it masterfully.

Finally, coming off their latest release on Axon Records, we have Hystatus. Their remix of ‘Longshift’ is proof that they have truly mastered their craft. With expertly crafted drums, dynamic basslines, and beautiful melodies, they round off the release perfectly.

Justin, NxT LvL HYPE aka MC Barrenzemo, started his Drum n Bass journey 23 years ago. His passion for DnB, Hip Hop and Spoken Word poetry fueled his desire to entertain Drum n Bass parties and raves starting in the greater Pittsburgh/Cleveland scene back in the year 2000. Having been surrounded by DJs and DJ Culture, opened doors along the way as a DnB Mc/host. He has rocked events and Drum n Bass sets for the likes of Freaky Flow, Capital J, Mason, D-Star, Trust, Aphrodite, DJ Craze, The 45 Thieves, Vegas of Bad Company, DieselBoy, Ak1200, Phantom 45, DJ Odi, The late great TC Izlam, Bad Syntax, Reid Speed, Machete, Ewun, Kill the Noise, and Evol Intent to name a few. Justin's stateside roots grew strong on the east coast. Having built sturdy bridges with everyone he has performed with over the years.  This has given him an edge over many when it comes to newly released music and events. Once Covid took hold in the states. He was curbed and quarantined like the rest. This led to the desire to pursue the art of DJing. During this time Justin totally invested himself into his turntables, learning all that he could and bringing his knowledge and connections to the decks. Nxt LvL HYPE strongly believes that DJs need to keep up with the ever evolving sound and with platforms like SoundCloud . Look for him to drop mixes on you a few times a month.
