FROM HER ASHES SHE BECAME
Before she became, she was water.
Quenching the thirst of every dying creature.
She gave and she gave
until she turned from sea to desert.
But instead of dying of the heat,
the sadness, the heartache,
she took all of her pain
and from her own ashes she became fire.

rise up from the ashes

For the sun, there is no such thing as giving or taking. And yet,
Its light opens our eyes.
Its warmth caresses our skin.
Whether we give thanks or not, it shines, and
When the time is right, blinds as well.
But what would happen, if we offered it
something - our life, for instance?
Would it reach our further? Open the eyes
We cannot see? Would it come through
To greet a new aliveness and
Nourish the seeds of our longing?
Maybe invite us in to shine too?
Would it reflect us as water does with
Our faces in a well?
Show us that we coming
From the same sky to cast a

you who have been seeking, 
whatever path you are on,
a moment will come when
divine pulsation grabs you
and carries you into its dance.

in the midst of ecstatic motion,
your body dissolves into light,
leaving only the softly glowing benediction of the bones.

eyes fly open in amazement,
seeing the unseen vastness.
or you become a tongue tasting upward 
into the nectar of eternity.

this is the first half of my set from aguila festival at the eagles nest in guatemala. there was a beautiful performance that toOk place hence the separation of the journey. it is my heart felt intention that you are deeply hypnotised and enchanted by the spirit of the music & that it brings you closer in connection with your Self & Source. 

i would love to take a moment of gratitude to greg (the founder of eagles nest) for the trust in allowing me to guide the first hypnotic techno journey in the space, & to my beloved ulysee for bringing his divine magick of channeled throat singing which was not captured in this recording in recordbox however, one can expect to experience our magic together in the near future.

Faie is a multifaceted artist, dj, producer, mystic & ceremonial sacred space holder. 
Her main sound, passion & production would fall under the genre of techno, with a strong focus on creamy, hypnotic & ethereal melodies, improvising & weaving too the sounds of her voice & the sounds of the forest. She has been deeply inspired by Nature & its guardians, particularly of thunder, lightning & the fragrance after rain.

Faie has graced the decks over the last 10 years world wide, from Ireland to India, across the earth to Guatemala. 

She is currently recording her debut release, expected to release towards the end of 2024.
