The NycArtsCypher was founded by Charlie Balducci, Keith Cummings is a board member and uncle to Amanda. The NycArtsCypher promotes positive values through arts and entertainment, with a focus on teens and emerging artists. With the tragedy surrounding our fallen angel, Charlie B reached out to long time friend and rapstar JoJo Pellegrino for a response to the Bullying Issue. Charlie B brought in new singer CeCe and the magic began. This is the first step in a movement the Nycartscypher will spearhead called "Stand Up For Amanda." The madness has to stop, and it will if people work together to spread a message. A message not to forget, a message to act when we can, and a message to let the kids know....You Are Not Alone.
