Steve Batty is a Hull-based DJ known for his infectious blend of tech house, funky house, disco edits, and underground grooves. Over the past three years, Steve has carved out a name for himself on the local scene, becoming a regular performer at The Bucket, where his sets fuse high-energy drops with crowd-pleasing classics and deeper, driving rhythms.
With a style that seamlessly bridges groovy tech house and funk-infused underground sounds, Steve brings a unique energy to the dancefloor — one that’s both nostalgic and forward-thinking. His sets are a nod to the roots of house music, laced with disco flair and funky house vibes, but always with a pulse on what keeps a modern crowd moving.
An emerging name on the AFTERBRN and TWISTED events circuits, Steve is now setting his sights beyond Humberside, with ambitions to bring his sound to iconic house music venues in Hull and beyond.

Originally from Cambridge UK originally found playing raves and house parties in the early 90’s to today living in Prague one of the coolest cities in Europe playing at venues such as the Monkey bar, Zone bar and regular venues in and around the Chez Republic.
