Hailing from the city of Napoli, now based out of Sofia, Bulgaria, NYKM is the moniker of Italian producer and sound designer Lucio Regimonti. Passionate about his métier and adept in a variety of genres, atmosphere is an integral component in NYKM's production sound as techno, deep and progressive house are closely tied to sensations ranging across the spectrum from melancholy to delight.

With a #3 placing in Beatport's Progressive House chart for his debut EP in collaboration with New York based artist @orinmusic, as well as several appearances in many established outlets worldwide, such as Iconyc, Futurism, EDM.com, Frequenza and more, Lucio put his artistic path on a break in 2020, closing the year with his official remix of lifetime friend and Milan based artist @itsfugue's 'Departures', gathering more than 100.000 streams across platforms.

After an early 2023 relocation, Eastern Europe brought new lymph into NYKM's creative effort, feeling the urgency to get back to the practice of telling his truth, interchanging his differing moods into audile form.
