Captivating confidence and quiet sophistication. This is Almond Brown—DJ, producer, remixer, vocalist, consummate professional & wig snatcher. An eclectic mix of sounds, his music is best described as contemporary house with an aggressively distinctly funky resonance. His sets are an exercise in cross genre flexibility and harmony of House, vocal and Disco classics. “I’ve always jumped across genres, even back in Jr. high.  we’d play Cameo “I just want to be” followed by “Jamie’s Crying” Van Halen.  I feel most comfortable being outside of the lines a bit”. 

Born & raised in the PNW, AB  has been djʼing for over 35 years, but considers himself a musician first. He’s equally as comfortable singing, or in the studio writing & producing and has has residencies spanning from the Cuff to Q, while opening for some of the industries most iconic artists.

“As we emerge its vital we create spaces for Black & Brown artists to ensure a legacy of inclusion we can look back on in the next ten years. I’ll always have my hand in the business, and am excited to lend my voice to that effort, and equally excited to partner and offer my creative direction for a new SODO entertainment venue. Out of the darkness, I’m so thankful.

Co-founder of the legendary label Further Out Recordings, the incredibly gifted Richard E sets out with a genius EP under his Solar Warden moniker entitled 'Funk of The Blue Nebula.' 
'Funk of The Blue Nebula EP' is a cosmic journey into soulful Techno and Deep House that transports you on a sonic adventure that is warm, uplifting, and inspiring. 

Richard E's 'Solar Warden' moniker is inspired by a secret U.S. Space Command program called 'Solar Warden' hacked several years ago by Gary McKinnon. 
McKinnon was charged by the Bush Justice Department with having committed 'the biggest military computer hack of all time' and stood to face prison time of up to 70 years after extradition from the UK. But trying earnest McKinnon in open court would involve his testifying to the above-classified facts. His attorney would be able to subpoena government officers to testify under oath about the Navy's Space Fleet.

McKinnon also found out about the ships or craft within Solar Warden. It is said that there are approx. Eight cigar-shaped motherships (each longer than two football fields end-to-end) and 43 small 'scout' ships. The Solar Warden Space Fleet operates under the US Naval Network and Space Operations Command (NNSOC) [formerly Naval Space Command]. There is approximately 300 personnel involved at that facility, with the figure rising.

Solar Warden is said to be made up of U.S. aerospace Black Projects contractors, but with some parts and systems by Canada. United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Russia, and Australia. It is also said that the program is tested and operated from secret military bases such as Area 51 in Nevada, USA.
