Next up we have DJ Vital.

DJ Vital started DJing in 1996 and was influenced  by the likes of Bobby & Steve, Paul ‘Trouble’ Anderson and Tuff Jam, as he began to develop his own style playing US / UK Garage and Soulful House.

He has played at venues such as Ministry Of Sound, Herbal, Neighbourhood and 93 Feet East to name a few. He had radio shows on London's House FM and Rinse FM.

He took a break from DJing in 2009. Almost a decade later after missing the music, he set up an Instagram page (@housegarageclassics) posting up clips to showcase his vinyl collection.

He's now back playing out at clubs. You can also catch DJ Vital's radio show 12-2pm bi-weekly on The Garage House Radio on Mixlr.

Its safe to say he brings nothing but heat in this mix, enjoy!

It's been 7 years since part II and about time to invite you back into the Groove Garden! Part III is a remake of two cassette mixtapes I recorded in March and July 1997. I've played those tapes so often in my walkman back in the day that they are totally worn, so i've decided to get the licorice pizzas out once again and redo both tapes as one new mix.  Three hours of music from the golden age of garage featuring Deep Bros, Ground 96, Mousse T, Deep Zone, Urban Blues Project, The Guy Next Door, Federation X & much more. It's quite obvious who my favourite producers where back then. :)

A certified connoisseur of that underground sound but beautifully humble with it, Ricardo is one of my favourite selectors with a serious amount of knowledge and magnificent collection of tunes from past and present. 

Ricardo started mixing in North-West London in 1996, mainly on a UK Garage tip, but also some Drum ‘n’ Bass & commercial house. He got his first nice break as a DJ in the late 90s landing a slot playing regularly at the legendary Gass Club, London.

Around the same time, he discovered Soulful & Deep US House/Garage, mainly through a great night by Bobby & Steve called “Garage City”. So from around 2001 it was all about Soulful/Deep House & US Garage for Ricardo, but also picking up on those mid 90s gems that he had missed out on.

Now you can catch Ricardo spinning the finest underground cuts on "Da Rhythm Sessions". His weekly radio show on D3EP Radio Network.
