After an adolescence immersed in experiences on late 90s, mainly with the boom of hypnotic psytrance, somehow the Brazilian Arthur Vieira de Moraes (acronym AVM) accepted that music would be one of his life's focus. A key turning point came in 1999 when he moved to Australia, where he's set out on his own. Owner of a multifaceted and hyperactive essence, it didn't take long for Arthur to entertain himself in several activities. During this period he learned to see things visually within the music, and also started his adventures in the world of fashion design, first without assertive intentions but then with technical training. In this sense, the professional relationships and interactions built in Melbourne certainly triggered his improvement. After nearly two decades living in Australia, now the Brazilian has been contrasting his experiences in the pluralistic and multi-ethnic Brazil for the last four years, managing his brand 'dot clothing'.

Musically, we're connected with AVM since his collaboration on our 3rd compilation MUX in 2017. And since ever, he knows how to instil his music with emotion by producing and performing a sound that fuses compassionate vibration and craves tranquilizer downtempo's basslines with fresh musical input. So, for this first part of our 200th special edition AVM sewed a 90-min selection at home; dancing on his own, exploiting to the utmost and enjoying his glass of water. As the mixtape goes gathering metabolized sounds through his distinctive filter, it ressonates through sonic permeable membranes, responding with beauty, acceptance, and light, sending affectionate greetings to the next 'bienvenidos' 100 podcasts.

The fabulous VaK general assembly in the hungover afternoon of the 1st of January 2025. What a great party that was.

es geht ans Eingemachte! Am 1.1.25 treffen wir uns ab 14:00 noch knackig-knusprig, knochentrocken oder vielleicht schon knödelweich im Kaufleuten extd. zum grössten Kochkunstkritikerkongress in der Geschichte der ketaminreichen Kulinarik. Bern schickt eine abgespeckte Delegation mit Rösti, Cassis und Parmesan - Viola entschuldigt: am Herd, Karin entschuldigt: im Keller (aka K-Hole). Selbst aus dem schluckfreudigen Ausland reisen ein paar klebrige Luxemburgerli, fettreduzierte Berliner, geplatzte Wienerli und krümelige Mailänderli an. Sofern sie die Festtage unverdaut überstehen.

Dank Fasten und Meditation über dem Mistkratzerli Mandala ist den meisten der Fünfer und das Weggli wohl schon runter. Für die andern, die vielleicht nicht alle Tassen im Schrank haben oder etwas teigig denken, also für dich, wärmen wir es gern nochmals auf: das Motto am kommenden Neujahr heisst

Die Vak GV ist eine KOSTÜMPFLICHTIGE Veranstaltung. Kostverweigerer kriegen eins hinter die Löffel. Besser und bekömmlicher, du schnupperst deinen weihnachtlich zugemüllten Kühlschrank nach etwas Inspiration ab und trittst das neue Jahr voll im Fettnäpfchen an. Komm als halbgebackene querdenkende Quarkschnitte, komm als taube Nuss! Komm im French Dressing! Komm als vanilinabhängiger Veganer, als erbschleichender Erbsenzähler oder als linientreue Lichtfresserin! Komm als wurmbefallene Wadenbeisserin, als serviler Cervalat, als orthorektischer Omnivore, als palaststoffreicher Hüttenkäse! Komm als appetitgezügelte Kannibalin! Komm, weil das immer gefällt, als schwer beleidigte Leberwurst!

Wenn du glaubst, mit deiner Kostümwahl sei nun alles im Butter, dann sei gewarnt: geniesse den mitgebrachten leistungssteigernden und bewusstseinsstrapazierenden Proviant massvoll und diskret, sonst gehst du der Security auf die Eier. Keinesfalls alles auf einmal verschlucken. Lieber ein bisschen Intervallfasten.

Falls du den Hals einfach nie vollkriegst und mit Gusto dein persönliches Ablaufdatum verpasst, brutzelt es am 2. Januar ab 5:30 heiter für dich weiter an der von Go Milieu wärmstens empfohlenen After im Suppenmarkt. Unsere Freunde dort werden dich erst nach vollständiger Selbstfermentation auf den Heimweg lassen, als 101% pures, am Knochen sonnengereiftes Gammelfleisch.
