When The Earth Stood Still - Epic Emotional Piece

This was a Pirate themed piece inspired by the Black Sails soundtrack, and also a flavour of some classical harmonies. The title also for anyone curious basically means 'prepare for the storm ahead' in pirate terminology, which I have to admit doesn't spring to mind immediately after hearing it, but those pirates were some strange people so I'll trust them.

This piece was my submission for the pond 5 music day contest, but I felt it reflected someone returning home after a long time away, so I named it 'Homecoming' as well. And yes, I mean someone returning home, not an American high school reunion, that would probably sound quite a bit different to this.
