For this 60th episode, we invited the talented producer Caldera who enlights us with a very beautiful and deep mix.
If you don't know him yet; since 2012, Caldera has been creating a unique and personal blend of Techno and Bass music with a love for detail and a dedicated sounddesign that immerses listeners into imaginary worlds.
His experiments with drums and rhythms result in grooves that explore a deeper side of dance music while leaving bpm and genre restrictions behind.
Caldera's creations have found a home on labels such as Berlin's Nummer Music, Chicago's Kimochi Sound and Bristol's Pressure Dome while his Loop LF moniker has previously been a mainstay on London based Well Steet Records.
Right now we're eagerly waiting for his upcoming release on @melifera_records.

When we asked the artist for a few words about the mix he told us, that the inspiration for it stemmed from a preference for slower, more meditative transitions and a deliberate, gradual increase in intensity.
The mix aims to evoke a sense of transitioning from the somber winter into the hopeful beginnings of spring, reflecting a personal journey from adversity towards renewal and positivity.

Pentasual 5.1 Surround Liveact and DVD for 5 Projectors

Pentasual is a fictional word for pent(a) audio and visual.

The current choice of tracks describes a journey of creation that leads from the infection of the listener to the pool of ideas though the random explosions of sudden inspiration and ends in the sea of reality where the idea is born again and builds a never ending circle.

The project itself is to be seen as an open collection of audio visual surround footage that represents the complete work of the artist in one performance. Every of the currently 4 included works stands for itself and represents one idea and one individual cosmos that is in direct and complete connection to the others. Open stands for the idea of the work to be constantly rearranged and the possibility to add more and more videos in the future that extend the great picture.
