DOYEQ is a unique two-man live-project of Sergey Kulikov and Vitaliy Bragin. Due to their extensive knowledge and practical experience in electronic music from 1997, in 2009 musicians started the project with minimal and deep techno sound. Much of knowing came through continual sound experiments and researches. All that made DOYEQ inimitable sound, built on deep and powerful groove with dub-atmosphere, that completely fill the listeners space.

This is a live recording of my set at "RHADOO / Beat In Me", held at Vent in Tokyo on 29th November. It’s the opening set on the main floor from 23:00 to 1:00, before Rhadoo’s performance. Please have a listen when you have some time.

• No mastering has been applied.
• The recorder was slightly malfunctioning, and I couldn't properly adjust the input levels during recording. As a result, some tracks have distorted kicks. Thank you for your understanding.

We are proud to present a recording from the archives of Romanian artist Dan Andrei, and this recording is worth the wait. A name that is synonymous with high-grade electronic music in all its many forms, his work behind in the DJ booth is matched by few, as every set results in a truly mind-expanding journey. A constant in the [a:rpia:r] core setup, he has been at the centre of the Romanian minimal community since he decided on his chosen path. This meant that he quickly outgrew his homeland and was then called upon to soundtrack the world's best parties with a constant touring schedule that has taken him near and far. ここ近年、世界でミニマルハウスシーンを語る上ではルーマニアという街は決して欠かせないシーンになっていることは、ここ日本のアーティストの誰もが感じていることだろう。
毎週日本のレコードショップでも、そのルーマニアのアーティストやレーベルが必ずというほど入荷され、必ずというほどその週には売り切れ状態になる。その火付け役となったレーベルが Raresh、Petre Inspirescu、Rhadoo の3名からなる [a:rpia:r] だ。彼らがワールドワイドに台頭していく中、驚くほど若き才能が彼らに継いで生まれていった。
中でも Praslea というアーティストが取り上げられるだろう。彼はすでにルーマニアシーンでは欠かすことのできない存在であり、地元ブカレストでも幾度も Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Ritchie Hawtin, Zip といったビッグネームと共演を果たしていった。そして、Gig を重ねていく間、盟友 Cezar と 「Afumati」 というプロジェクトをスタートさせ [a:rpia:r] からスプリット EP をリリース。また、彼自身と Kozo、Cezar でスタートさせたレーベル 「UNDERSTAND」 から1st EP として Raresh とのプロジェクト、Praslesh で"Out Of Time"をリリース。たったこの2枚のリリースでルーマニアだけではなく、今ではヨーロッパ各国からのオファーが絶えない存在に成長した。
