Obedience Please Dog Training is the result of more than 50 years of dog training and pet care experience. We trace our roots all the way back to 1956 when our founder Howard first established Obedience Please Dog Training in New York City.

Our techniques and abilities quickly gained attention and we soon began training animals for television, film, commercials, and Broadway shows.
A pioneer in "early training" techniques, we soon proved that puppies could be trained starting at eight weeks of age. We then expanded into security training and were soon recognized as a leader in that field.
In 1989, we moved to Los Angeles. As times changed, we recognized the need for dog day care which led us to the opening of our South Pasadena dog boarding daycare and dog training facility.
